4. Is there refined white sugar in your treats?
I try to steer away from refined sugar. It is not good for my figure and health. I use only small amounts of unrefined sugar -honey, molasses, black strap molasses or brown rice syrup in some of my treats.

5. What is brown rice syrup?
Brown rice syrup is the naturally sweet syrup that remains after cooking down brown rice in pure filtered water. It is wheat and gluten free.

6. How long can we keep natural dog treats?
If you keep them in the refrigerator they can be kept for 4 to 6 weeks. If you freeze them they will keep for many months.

7. Your treats are all crispy and hard-they are not soft-is there a reason why you have no soft treats?
To make sure I give you all the safest natural dog treats, I dehydrate my treats to kill any and all bacteria and to create great texture and color. Dehydrating the treats removes the moisture from the treat and that is why they are not soft. Dehydrating also assists in making the treats last longer than 2 or 3 weeks.

8. What are the ingredients and properties of the ingredients in your Flea and Tick Shampoo, Spritzer and Bar Soap?
I use only the best ingredients in my Shampoo's. The liquid Shampoo
Has purified water and quality Essential Oils in it. I use:
Tea Tree Oil known for its antifungal and mild antiseptic qualities.
Peppermint Essential Oil which repels fleas and leaves your dog smelling FRESH!
Lavender which is good for the skin and also repels fleas and ticks.
Citronella repels fleas and also mosquitoes.
Eucalyptus is a germicide as well as a flea and mosquito repellant.

9. Does your Flea and Tick Spritzer have alcohol in it?
I have such sensitive skin -- No Way would I put Alcohol in any of my Spritzers. Alcohol dries out your skin. I also use only essential oils to give my Spritzer fragrance. Artificial fragrances may contain undisclosed chemicals and ingredients.

10. Can humans use the Flea and Tick Shampoo and Spritzer?
"Yes" the Shampoo, Soap, and Spritzer have only natural ingredients in them and can be used on humans. I have human friends who are using the Shampoo on their hair, in the bath, and as hand soap. They love the fresh clean smell! Spray the Spritzer on the bottom of a humans pant leg, shoes, etc. when going out on a walk in the woods etc. to help deter fleas and ticks.
